Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that family schedules can change unexpectedly.

•  Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

•  Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

•  Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and will be charged the full session fee.

•  Refunds are not available for completed services.

•  Prepaid sessions may be refunded if services have not yet been provided, less any administrative fees that may apply.

•  In the event of illness, family emergencies, or exceptional circumstances, accommodations may be made at our discretion.
